Stargazing\, horseback riding and ziplining are just a few of the incredibly relaxing and joyous activities that take place during Periwinkle’s Long-Term Survivor Weekend Retreat. DESCRIPTION:Camp YOLO is a weekend camp held twice a year for teens receiving care from the Cancer and Hematology Centers\, Cardiology Center (Heart Center)\, Rheumatology Clinic\, Renal Center (Kidney Center) and Retrovirology Clinic at Texas Children’s Hospital. A brother or sister (age 13 to 18) may attend camp WITH the patient. Camp is free of charge to all campers. \nQuick Facts\nWhen: Twice a year (typically April & September)\nSpring Camp YOLO April 9-11\, 2021 (Virtual)\nFall Camp YOLO September 24 -26\, 2021 (Virtual) \nWho: Patients\, ages 13-18\, receiving care from the Cancer and Hematology Centers\, Cardiology Center (Heart Center)\, Rheumatology Clinic\, Renal Center (Kidney Center) and Retrovirology Clinic at Texas Children’s Hospital.
