Biennial Gala
Every other year, the Periwinkle Community of Healing gathers for an incredible evening of fun, food, and fellowship to generate resources to further Periwinkle camps, arts, and survivor programs. This is not your average black-tie gala: from themes ranging from Sports, to the Kentucky Derby, to a Western Evening, and to the Ultimate Back to the ’80’s Celebration – Periwinkle Galas are known for bringing the creativity and excitement experienced by campers, artists, and survivors throughout the year.
Our 2026 Gala – The Twinkle of Periwinkle -Igniting a Spark of Joy and Healing will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Royal Sonesta Houston. We will honor David Steinhart with the Gerson Award, which is presented to individuals who give their time and talents to turn dreams into reality for Periwinkle children.
