This week’s edition of Make it a Splendid Week features artwork and a piece of creative writing all about bugs! Three year old creative writer Nathan makes it very clear that he does NOT like bugs! But we think he might just like Laila’s ladybug, Scarlet! Make it a Splendid Week!

I like corn, but I don’t like bugs.
I like apple juice, but I don’t like bugs.
I like mashed potatoes, but I don’t like a bug drink.
I like to play with my duckie, but I don’t like to play with BUGS!
I like to wear my Daniel Tiger pajamas, but I don’t like to wear bugs.
I like my cow tattoo from Sonic, but I don’t like a bug tattoo.
I like cows, but I don’t like bug cows.
