Make it a Splendid Week: All About Dinosaurs
This week’s edition of Make it a Splendid Week is all about dinosaurs from the perspective of two children, ages four and five! Enjoy the imagination and creativity in Addaline’s art piece Dinosaur Turtle and Pedro’s creative writing My Drawings featuring several dinosaurs! Make it a Splendid Week!
My Drawings
I am making a dinosaur green,
-Pedro, age 5
The color of T-rex.
He has stomachache because he ate all the lizards.
He ate four!
That’s what makes him green.
The pterodactyl is red.
He has two wings to FLY!
He flies into the air to find something to eat.
And he finds another pterodactyl.
Crocodiles are blue.
They can snap at something.
And live in the dinosaur forest.
Whale is blue
And has a big stomach
To eat 10 fish every day.
He shoots water out of his hole. Pssht!!
And he splashes at me and I get wet.
Unicorn is beautiful
Like Sofia in My Little Pony.
She has rainbow-colored hair,
And says, “Neh-Neh!”
Dinosaur Turtle
Addaline, age 4
