My Feelings
When I feel joyful, I play basketball for 2 hours.
When I feel calm, the entire world stops spinning.
When I feel excited, I jump on my bed and touch the roof.
When I feel friendly, I meet new friends and have fun
talking to them and doing school projects.
When I feel powerful, I do 20 push-ups and feel strong.
When I’m running, my muscles get stronger like Wonder Woman.
When I feel angry, I go in my room to calm down and get on my phone. When I feel fearful, I shake, and then I shake it off
and say, “It’s going to be all right!”
When I feel sad, I listen to music and I don’t like to talk.
When I feel lonely, I play on my phone and watch TV.
When I feel bored, I go play basketball for 30 minutes, then go in the house and get back on my phone.
When I feel good, I do things to enjoy myself. When I feel bad, I don’t enjoy myself.
Jahzlynn, age 11
